I’ve always been a believer in the power of love. Over the years I’ve had the privilege of witnessing so many beautiful relationships, and each one has reminded me how meaningful it is when two people choose one another. The moment that truly shaped me, though, was the day I had the honour of walking my mother down the aisle. Being beside her as she stepped into a new chapter opened my eyes to just how important an officiant’s role can be. That experience is what inspired me to follow this path.

Since becoming an officiant, I’ve had the joy of being part of all kinds of ceremonies. I’ve stood in intimate backyards, in lively venues filled with celebration, and in quiet places where it felt like the world paused for the couple in front of me. Each wedding has been personal and unforgettable, and I feel grateful every time I’m invited to be part of such a meaningful moment.

I’m excited to continue growing in this work, including offering Stand Up Paddleboard ceremonies for couples who love a little adventure.
